On Fenugreek and Whole Foods

So a few weeks ago I decided I would try some Fenugreek to help my milk supply. It hadn't really been that low or anything but since Gracie only nurses 4-5x a day and sometimes not for very long I wasn't pumping as much when I needed to so I thought I would give it a try.

We were in Tulsa and I didn't know of any little herbal stores so I thought we would zip over to Whole Foods Market and I could see if they had any. Secretly I also wanted to see what all of the buzz was about this store. I am a Top Chef watcher and that is where they shop.

Let me just say that if I lived in Tulsa and my grocery budget was oh, $600/mo. not $200 I would so shop there. Jeremy and Gracie were waiting for me in the car so I just had a few minutes before he might get suspicious. Their produce section is unreal and all of their baby food is Earth's Best Organic (if I was going to buy store bought I would buy that brand). They even had an olive bar with like 10 different kinds of olives. Their take-home (or eat there) buffet smelled so yummy.

Anyways, the fenugreek is working great and if anyone else has been on it did it make you smell like maple syrup too?!?! That part is a little strange...

I have never head of fenugreek. I will have to google that! Glad it's working for you, though. I would be a sucker for that store and Wild Oats and all those other good places, too, if I lived in the big city.
