I splurged on these 2 outfits this week. The one with the flowers I got at Babies R Us yesterday and can I just say that I have been missing out! I have hardly had to buy her any clothes we have been blessed with so many gifts and hand me downs but I wanted her to have something new for these pics. I guess I hadn't been to Babies R Us since she was a newborn and have never really looked at their clothes selection. They have so many different brands and they are all so cute! By the way, their girls selection is about twice the size of the boys'...oh how I love having a daughter! Their prices were surprisingly a lot lower than I had expected too. Anyways, enough of the BRU plug.
They both have brown pants with them but I think this one is supposed to be capris but it will probably end up fitting more like pants. That is the hairbow that I already had that matches. It is pink and and brown sheer ribbons.
This one is also brown and that is a white hairbow to match.
She is also doing a picture in her Easter dress and basket so that is why I wanted a more casual outfit for the others.

Ok, so the first one is so stinkin adorable. And as much as it pains me to say this - I would probably go with the second one. In my expeience, when you dress them in sleevless cutsy outfits, they don't sit right in pictures. They hang weird, or look too big or just kinda look akward. Of course, Ellie Kate was always so tiny, so maybe my view is skewed. Anyway, thats my two cents - go with the second. Good luck!

hey melinda its shaye. I dont have a blog thingy, but I vote for the 2nd one. I like the sleeve look with the stripes better for her first pics. :) they both will look cute though, and I liek the simple white bow with the 2nd one .

I love the first outfit, but I wonder since its so loud if it would take away from her, where the 2nd would show her more not the outfit. Wow, you can take the girl out of the pageant, but...well you know me!
